Wash the basmati rice and soak for about half an hour. Then drain. Heat oil on medium-high heat and saute the drained rice for about 3 minutes. Transfer rice to a rice cooker and add 1.5 cups of water with the bay leaves and saffron water, then cook. Once the rice starts cooking, heat a small pan and toast cumin seeds and nuts. Chinese Rice (INGREDIENTS)

1- Two cups of rice
2- Chicken (steamed) one cup (cut into pieces)
3- One large carrot
4- Cabbage stalk one (take out its pulp)
5- Two green onions
6- Two green peppers
7- Two tomatoes

8- Ginger Tea (Grinded)
9- Teaspoon of salt
10- Two tablespoons of oil


METHOD
Add salt to the rice and bring to a boil. But keep a little raw. Boil carrots and cabbage. Heat the oil. Add tomatoes, green onions, green chillies, steamed vegetables and chicken. After three minutes, break the egg and mix. Now add rice and cook on low heat.
