  How to make zeera pulao recipe  Ingredients A pinch - saffron strands soaked in in 3 tbsps of water 1 cup - basmati rice 1 tbsp - vegetable oil or ghee 1.5 cups - water 2 - large bay leaves 2 tsp - cumin seeds 1/3 cup - frozen peas 1/4 cup - sliced almonds or salted cashews 1/4 cup - golden raisins How to Make zeera Pulao Soak the saffron strands for about an hour. Wash the basmati rice and soak for about half an hour. Then drain. Heat oil on medium-high heat and saute the drained rice for about 3 minutes. Transfer rice to a rice cooker and add 1.5 cups of water with the bay leaves and saffron water, then cook. Once the rice starts cooking, heat a small pan and toast cumin seeds and nuts. Remove from heat and mix with the raisins and the frozen peas. When rice is about 1/2 to 3/4 cooked, mix the toasted cumin seeds, nuts, raisins and peas. Allow cooker to complete cooking cycle.   • 2 readymade pizza base
  • 150 grams shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered salt
  • 1 pinch powdered black pepper
  • For Toppings
  • 100 grams chopped onion
  • 100 grams chopped tomato
  • 70 grams chopped capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 50 grams sliced mushroom

HOW TO MAKE CHEESE PIZZA

Step 1 / 3 Preheat The Oven At 250 Degree Celsius

To prepare this delicious Cheese Pizza recipe, preheat the oven on convection mode at 250 degree Celsius. Meanwhile, spread the tomato sauce evenly on each pizza base. Take a chopping board and chop onions, tomatoes, capsicum and mushroom on it.

Step 2 / 3 Microwave The Veggies For About A Minute

Mix all the chopped vegetables and seasoning in a bowl. Microwave these vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl for around 30-40 seconds or a minute. Spread this vegetable topping on each pizza base. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese at the top of each pizza.

Step 3 / 3 Bake The Pizza At For 10-12 Minutes

You can either bake this pizza in a microwave or you can use a non-stick tawa for the same. However, in this recipe we have used microwave. Bake the pizza on the high rack at 250 degree Celsius till the cheese melts. It will take around 10-12 minutes. Cut the delicious Cheese Pizza into slices and serve with sauces.
